The future of VR is you, the community. Up until now there has been almost no way for people to learn the skills of VR hardware development. In this one of a kind track, you can learn to make VR peripherals (gloves, vests, controllers, etc.) that connect to a standalone VR headset (Pico Neo 3 or Oculus Quest 2).

How?

We have plenty of materials for you to create your own device. You will also need to create some sort of demo experience in Unity to show off your awesome hardware. How will your devices work with the headset though? They will communicate with it via Bluetooth, using a utility created by the MIT VR Club which allows a microcontroller to talk to an android VR headset.
